Guide for new vendor account registration on STO360.
Before You Start
You will need:
- SSM registration number — new format (12 digits, e.g.
202001012345) or old format (123456-A) - Active company email (for activation and official communication)
- Basic company info — full name as registered with SSM, registered address, phone
Steps
1. Open the Registration Page
Go to sto360.cybernet.com.my and click Daftar Baharu (Register) in the top-right.
2. Select Your Tenant
STO360 is multi-tenant. Pick the PBT or state authority you want to register with — e.g. State of Johor, Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai.
If your PBT isn't listed, contact sto360@cybernet.com.my — we'll help onboard them.
3. Fill the Form

| Password | Min 12 chars, upper + lower + digit + symbol |
| Phone | Company phone number |
Password Policy (DKICT)
Password must contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one digit, and one symbol (!@#$%^&* etc.). Cannot match the last 5 passwords used.
4. PDPA Consent
Check the PDPA consent box. STO360 complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) — your data is retained for 7 years after account termination and never shared with third parties without your consent.
5. Click Register
The system sends an activation email within 5 minutes. Check Inbox and Spam folders.
6. Activate Your Account
Click the link in the email to activate. The link is valid for 24 hours.
WARNING
If the activation email doesn't arrive within 30 minutes, click Resend Activation on the login page. Double-check that your email is spelled correctly.
Done!
Your account is registered. Next steps:
- First login — verify access
- Complete 7-tab vendor profile — required for approval
- Submit for approval — go through the agency review queue
